Terms of Service Agreement
By registering for a LinkDIY.com account, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These restrictions help protect all members from questionable internet activity and/or inappropriate link content. LinkDIY reserves the right to determine which member links violate this agreement on a case-by-case basis.
Notification
You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from LinkDIY.com. These announcements will be used to provide information about new services or updates to existing features and functionality.
Site Content
To ensure that our directory contains valid web sites, we require that any web site listed contain useful and original content or information. We do not allow web sites that contain only single pages or pages with the sole purpose of manipulating search engines.
LinkDIY.com reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our directory which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
Abuse
Certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the LinkDIY.com service. We do now allow the web sites containing pornography, racist information or other illegal content. In addition, we do not allow "Link Farm" type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms.
Attempts to hide the link to the LinkDIY.com on your home page will also be considered an abuse of our system and could result in the termination of your account. This includes invisible links, robot "no follow" directives, and not including valid anchor text with the link.
You may contact us to report any abuse or illegal use of our services.
Recurring Payment Policy
All our non-free services are charged on a monthly basis. 2CheckOut.com and Paypay will charge you and this will be going to take place once a month, until cancellation requested by the customer.

Although it is expected to have a better ranking in search engines when you join the LinkDIY Network, LinkDIY accepts no responsibility for the results.
Termination of Service
LinkDIY.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time.
