Cannot view page 2,3,4,5 and so on

Hi,

My link page: http://www.trillionbytes.com/bannerexchange/bannerexchange2.php will show up fine (page 1), but when I click on next page or page 2,3,4,5, it return a error 404 page not found.

At the bottom of the page a warning from PHP: PHP Notice: Undefined variable: retrievedhtml in drive:\mypath\bannerexchange\bannerexchange2.php on line 88

I am using Windows Server 2003 with PHP5.

Any idea?

Please make sure your link page is correct
the second page is suppose to be

http://www.trillionbytes.com/bannerexchange/bannerexchange2.php?page=2
not
http://www.trillionbytes.com/bannerexchange2.php?page=2
