how to have the link pages created on the right way

i did opem a links110.php file get the code inserted on it, change the permissions to 666, save the file, but it did not open , it says page configuration incorretly or some like that, on linkdy i just had to copy the code and get the link activeted, now i do not know...

You need to create a blank file called localfile_1080.xml.
Then change the permission of localfile_1080.xml to 666.

it should be OK.
